01 Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

04 Service Description & Medical Disclaimer
SG Aesthetics & Wellness provides aesthetic and wellness services including, but not limited to, injectables (neurotoxins and dermal fillers), laser treatments, skin treatments, body contouring, and related medical spa services. Our services are performed by licensed and trained professionals.
IMPORTANT: The content provided on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment.
Individual results from any treatment or service may vary. SG Aesthetics & Wellness makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any specific treatment. All treatments carry inherent risks that will be discussed with you during your consultation and outlined in any applicable consent forms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive services unless accompanied by a legal parent or guardian who has provided written consent, as required by applicable law.
05 Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We will make a courtesy reminder call or send an email 48 hours in advance of your reservation. You assume all responsibility for remembering your reservation(s), including complimentary consultation and follow-up appointments.
Cancellation & No-Show
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee as follows:
– Less than 24 hours’ notice: a fee of $50 per reserved service may be assessed
– No-show without notice: a fee of $50 per reserved service will be assessed
– Weekend appointments (Friday & Saturday) and parties of two or more require at least 48 hours’ notice; failure to comply may result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled services
These policies help us retain our talented staff and ensure fair compensation for our providers whose time has been reserved on your behalf.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if insufficient time remains to safely and effectively perform the service.
06 Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at time of checkout.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
All sales of services and products are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you experience an adverse reaction or have a concern about a service received, please contact us within 48 hours so we may address your concern appropriately.
Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within the validity period stated at time of purchase. SG Aesthetics & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
07 SMS & Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS notifications from SG
Aesthetics & Wellness, including appointment reminders, promotional offers, and general communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
By submitting forms on our website or engaging with us electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails and text messages, for purposes including appointment confirmation, follow-up care reminders, and promotional materials where you have opted in.
08 Third-Party Links & Vendors
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SG Aesthetics & Wellness. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Vendor or third-party websites or services.You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any Vendor or third-party websites or services that you visit.
09 Disclaimer of Warranties
SG Aesthetics & Wellness does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. The Company may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. The Company does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

– Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
– Any adverse reaction, complication, or outcome arising from aesthetic treatments received
Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SG Aesthetics & Wellness and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees) arising from:
– Your use of and access to the Service
– Your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions– Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy rights
– Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
12 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.
13 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South
Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
14 Changes to These Terms
SG Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect, which may be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
